Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for her many different kinds of roles across film TV, theatre, and film. Her achievements include the Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award as well as many other awards. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was the American actress. She first gained recognition for her roles in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to become famous for her performances in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress from the United States. She is known best for her character of Lieutenant Sheba from the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Her career began when she was a child. Her first appearance came at age four when she appeared on T is for Tumbleweed. The film was a short one on the topic was selected for the Oscar Awards. The actress accompanied her mom on location where she was taught about the inner workings of the industry. Lockhart was even a part of several episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her debut film. When she was 18, she appeared as the daughter of Joan Crawford in 1972 television series The Sixth Sense. Joan was the last actress to appear on the show. Anne had reportedly turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween horror) as well as Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter claims that Anne turned down his offer to play Laurie Strode. Anne claims that she doesn't remember being approached or even offered the part in any way by John Carpenter. Perhaps one of her representatives decided to decline the part for her, but without informing her. Her initial choice was made to play the role by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for a role in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. The actress initially refused the part since the character did not seem to be strong enough. Glen created a completely different character to play Sheba and it was stronger. The Living Legend's initial 25-page script was read to Sheba and she was immediately in agreement. The show ran for one season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
